The friendly staff made every interaction delightful, and I enjoyed the comfortable beds with clean sheets. Access to public transport nearby was a big plus.

Overall, the hotel offered decent comfort but lacked some amenities that could enhance the experience.

Ideal choice for a break on a long journey in Warsaw with a great value-to-price ratio. The staff were very professional and always ready to help during my stay. Make sure to arrive early for breakfast to avoid overcrowding.

Our stay was memorable with five teenagers and two young kids. The room was spacious and great for families. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the easy access to public transport made visiting places like Sadyba Best Mall super convenient.

In my wife’s opinion, a dedicated family-friendly lounge would be great.

Best Western Hotel Portos is a cozy place close to public transport, making it easy to explore Warsaw. The breakfast is delicious and freshly cooked, including omelettes!

the free water machine at the entrance was a great touch, and breakfast offered a delicious variety. loved the quick access to the bus stop for easy travel to the city!
